Why can\'t you guys with ND Jan 2000 and earlier approach senators?  

How did you get that info ??? What is the basis of your statement? In my opinion people with electronic fingerprints need not do their second fingerprint. So what will happen to those cases ?

It does not matter. In my opinion, it does not matter if it is EB2 or EB3 in I-485. I am EB2 and I guess most others are too..

Gopi, you can just walkin into any service center close to you.. I do not think you need to get a notice from INS. You can try just walking in.. It does not hurt anyways...

Though we are happy for our fellow applicants who are lucky to get approvals with ND as late as October 2000, I feel that it is highly disgusting and discouraging to see our cases getting stuck in the sand hole. I do not know what is TSCs strategy. Please post your experiences after the dates...

Did you contact senators ? If you have not, consider contacting them. I am sorry that you are stuck up with the approval. My story is no different from yours. Will be 2 yrs wait time soon. God bless you

Are the RD and ND right ? Or they are2/3/2000 and 3/13/2000 ?  

not always..In my case it did not!!  

There is no way to tell whether INS sent a fingerprint notice The automated system is not updated with FP info. You may need to call INS and see if they sent one

Guys,is it necessary to get the visa revalidation after you get EAD. My EAD is valid till May 2002 but my visa has expired in May 2000. Please post replies. Thanks in advance
