How I will know that INS send me FP Notice

My ND 3/23/2001 and not received the FP notice yet. Is there any way to know that INS send the FP notice,
What will happened if the notice lost somewhere ?
 
There is no way to tell whether INS sent a fingerprint notice

The automated system is not updated with FP info. You may need to call INS and see if they sent one
 
The AVM will change

The AVM will change to say that a FP was sent on so and so date within a week or two after they have mailed the notice.
