Does AVM always update on receiving FP result ?

Hi, All:

  After FBI sent FP result to TSC, does the AVM update on that ?

  I did FP on 8/22/01 and checked with FBI, the FP result was sent to TSC at the same day. But the AVM never got updated. Is that a problem ?
