I spoke to a TSC IIO this morning

Hi all,

I spoke to an IIO this afternoon. I asked her about the status of my case. She said it can take 30-45 days since at present they are doing 1/3/2000 cases.( My Notice date is Feb 2000) But after a while she put me on hold and later told me that she requested my file( from where I do not know) and asked me to call them back if I did not hear in 30-45 days. What does it mean ?Can anyone interpret ?

I am told by an IIO on oct-2nd that my case is assigned to an IIO on Oct-1st and I should have some decision on my case in 3 to 4 weeks.

I-485 ND : Feb 16,2000
1st finger print May 2000, was rejected due to poor quality
2nd FP : Walkin ASC somewhere in Feb 2001
1st EAD April 2000 expired
2nd EAD April 2001

When did you contact IIO?

I have been trying hard again and again but it is busy all the time.
Please let me know how you were successful in calling them.
