Since you have applied directly thru the consulate, you will not have the applicatin ID. You will have to deal directly with the consulate only. Travisa will not be able to help you. Looks like it is taking 3 to 4 weeks from granted to printed.

at123, If you are still not clear, here is the answer in your terms. You should submit 1-original set and 1 copy of the entire set. Total two sets only.
