Is my US born wife eligible for PIO card?

Hello guys,

I am an Indian-born US Permanent Resident, currently in the process of applying for US citizenship. My wife is of Italian origin, US born citizen. I was wondering if she would be eligible to apply for PIO card based on my status? Any positive feedback welcome. Thank you.

The last point in the PIO eligibility in the comparison chart indicates that your wife is eligible for PIO.
