    Thanks for responses. I spoke to IIO regarding this. She replied we are waiting for ur underlying 140. I did\'t not understand what it means ? I tried to ask her again but I got same answer. Any Ideas ??

    My 140 got approved from Nebraska service center. But my 485 application has been filed in Vermont service center because my residential address fall in Vermont juridiction. My Rd 10th Jan 01 and Nd 18th Jan 01. Please resond any one who got approved or not approved in similar situation...

    Spoke to IIO yesterday for a Feb case

    Amq My Rd: 10th Jan 01 and Nd:18 the Jan 01. I called Vsc for four times. Every time I get the same reply wait for another 30 days. They don\'t even tell weather my case has been assigned to officer or not. I think all these IIOs are bunch of rude high school drop outs.

    Branch office ??? I told her that I am getting same answer each time when I called then she told me waiting info from branch office. She her self not clear. Looks to me just to eye wash me she would have replied like that. I think even IIO won\'t be in position to tell what exactly going on.

    Asked my case status. Same old story. Check with us after 30 to 60 days. and also she told me they requested info from branch office and they are waiting on this.
