My 140 got approved from Nebraska service center.
But my 485 application has been filed in Vermont service center
because my residential address fall in Vermont juridiction.
My Rd 10th Jan 01 and Nd 18th Jan 01.

Please resond any one who got approved or not approved
in similar situation like me.

I am seeing lot of feb & mar approvals.
I am getting tensed why my case is not approved yet.
Any ideas ??????

Why don\'t you give them a call to find out the status of your case? Usually you can get what you expect from IIO

I am with you. With similar situation.I asked this matter to IIO.He told me nothing to worry.If they want any file means they will reqeast and get it.My opinion you can also call and ask about your concern.Dont worry about approvals,I know many 2000 cases are still waiting.Good luck buddy.
 
My 140 in Neb and 485 in Vermont

I too filed 485 in VSC bcoz of geo factor.
I relocated to NY.
I dont see any problem.
I did my FP and hoping to get 485 approved without
any glitch related to service centre transfer..
I wont worry...

I spoke to IIO regarding this.
She replied we are waiting for ur underlying 140.
I did\'t not understand what it means ?
I tried to ask her again but I got same answer.

Any Ideas ??
 
You should have filed I-485 at NSC

The general guideline is to file I-485 at the service center which approved your I-140. If you request blank forms from INS, you will see this message on the top sheet (first paragraph in BOLD).

It seems that VSC is waiting for your I-140 files from NSC. You should be fine except for the delay.
