Spoke to IIO yesterday for a Feb case

I spoke to IIO yesterday regarding my case. My RD is 02/28 and ND is 03/08. I can\'t say she was rude but she did not help. I tried to ask her if my case was with the officer or no and she said that information cannot be given out. Also she did not tell me how much longer it will take for me to get approved.

My Rd: 10th Jan 01 and Nd:18 the Jan 01.
I called Vsc for four times. Every time I get the same reply wait for
another 30 days. They don\'t even tell weather my case has been
assigned to officer or not. I think all these IIOs are bunch of
rude high school drop outs.
