Just want to share it with you all the good news. After 28 months of waiting, my case finally got approved today. Not so excited, but do feel much relieved.
This community has been a great help for me. Just want to say thank you all, and wish you all good luck on getting your approval...
Is the EAD backdated?
I noticed that your 2nd EAD expired on Jan. 6, and VSC approved the 3rd EAD today. Would you please let us know what's the effective date (Jan. 7 or Jan. 22, 2004) after you receive the card? Thanks. Good Luck on getting your I-485 approval soon!

As for RFEs, I haven't gotten any yet, and I'm...
You all waited 2+ months less then I did:
RD: 10/01/2001
ND: 11/28/2001
FP1: 03/14/2002
FP2: 08/16/2003
FP3: 02/05/2004 (scheduled date. went to local INS office and was told to ignore it)
AD: within 30 to 60 days (INS standard answer since 01/2003, haha, what a joke!)
