What the heck is this? I'm a US citizen filing for my wife, just married. Is this religious record required or is that used for other cases than a spouse?
The same goes to the school records and census records "see blow".
Just wondering if someone can help or has a suggestion on this one.
I have a friend with an approved asylum status "derivative asylum, no GC yet", travelled outside USA with a refugee travel document, lost it yesterday and wants to return to USA. now only have asylum I-94 and a photocopy of...
Good, I would suggest to wait for the decision in mail, call them back if you didn't get anything in a month asking if they have mailed the decision, don't ask about the case status or the decision result, but only ask if a decision was mailed or not. if you didn't feel that they gave you a...
calm down dude, he said he came back from a trip from Nepal but it doesn't mean he is from there, however, I don't see a point by knowing the person's home country.
It depends on the location of your asylum office, use this link to locate your office and get phone number https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_type=ZSY
mine was chicago asylum office...
True, but if they promised a letter in 1 week, it will not harm to ask once, maybe letter was lost in mail.
Ragish can send an ASYLUM STATUS CHECK LETTER or visit the office if it is near or even by simply giving them a call asking if the decision was mailed.
Medicaid + Cash assistance for the first 8 months of asylum, also try to visit http://www.catholiccharitiesusa.org/NetCommunity/Page.aspx?pid=292
If after 8 months then try the Family resources in your county
Yes, that was said before: RTD alone is enough for your return to USA, showing the GC is a plus. But there is no need to give the I-94 in airport when leaving USA "you can google it if not certain"
I think so, plus why would you give the I-94 ? This is not I-94 for temporary visit like B1/B2, this I-94 is stamped with "Asylum Granted indefinitely", airlines records are enough to prove my departure "if needed"
I always walk ahead of the scheduled date, I go to do FP next day I receive my FP letter appointment, but I don't know about walking into another office, I would think it is OK if not then the system will not take your FP instantly and they will ask you to go to the original office.
