AC140 Hello yesCP, Did u get an interview date?Mine is 25th April My lawyer also told me that since I am a AC140 case, my original 140 has already been sent to the consulate.Do we still need to carry another original 140 with us, provided my lawyer has a copy? Regards

GOT CASE Number I Called up New delhi Consulate and the gave me a case number.The lady told me that I shd expect a late April or early May interview date. Will they be sending me Packet4 or i have to download the forms from the web? Regards

Is it Risky? Is it risky to come back to US after a few months?Even though the timeline is 6 months is it advised to enter US immidiately or can we wait for a few months.I read somewhere that it is risky to enter the country after a few months!!

After the "Successful" CP interview in India how long can you stay in Inida before coming back to USA?Is there a time limit of some months within which you have to come back to USA? Regards

I am about to send my Paqcket 3 (AC 140 with 824 receipt and DS230-1 forms) to New Delhi Consulate.Could someone guide if it is OK to send an international FedEx or someone has to go there personally to deliver the documents.Also if fedex is fine then what is the address where it needs to be...

How long does it take to get an appointment notification after you send the Packet3 and it is entered in the system.     If for eg my packet 3 is entered in their system on 10th feb, when would i come to know of my interview date?     Regds

No Title Are uwaiting for approval for I824 coz u have to apply CP at Chennai?Asking coz at Delhi and mumbai u just need I824 receipt!!
