One of my friend was trying to register at USCIS, In the first screen It was asking only one person's information. How can he add his spouse information? Also, his 485 RD is June, Do you think its good to register so that some officer can pick his case. He gave his 2nd FP in March 2004...

Just now I got a call from the congressmen's office and told me that my case is with a officer and should be hearing from them in about 30 to 60 days. I told them my case got approved yesterday. Looks like this might have triggered the approval. But we may never know what's going on.

Re: congrats OAK! Did you contacted sen(Rep) by phone or via mail? I called them and faxed them my case information.

I checked our case online and found our case approved yesterday. Couldn't find online case status for my son, It says case not found - I believe its a Good Symptom. Will update rupnet.

Could someone answer ... 1. Do they finger print and do name check at port of entry while travelling with AP 2. Do they do name check while issuing AP. Appreicate your time and help.

I applied for 3rd EAD in October. RD 10/09/2003 ND 10/14/2003. I am planning on to go for iEAD if I didn't my case didn't get approved by 01/10/2004. I am from Boston area. Where should I go? Portland St. of JFK building for iEAD. Thanks for your help.

I got the exact same letter - But its FP checks.

Congrats I have the same ND as yours

Basically they say that they don't have manpower to complete my FP checks. And they don't know when they can get it done. They even apologized for the delay :D . Once my FP checks are done my file will be sent to final determination. They said the same thing for my wife and son.

what if primary applicant and spouse have different fp dates, say 3 months apart.

Did early FP2 for spouse today at Boston ASC, they were more than happy to do it.

I know Wallmart screwed up our photos because we got rfe for our 1st AP and EAD. Do you guys think I might get a rfe for photograph w.r.t to 485, I guess my question is that, the photograph are almost 2yrs old and are they valid?

we received our receipt for our EAD and AP's. ND was same date as my wife's 2nd FP ND. Friends Do you think our applications for EAD and AP might have triggered 2nd FP for my wife.

Looks like some movement in our case, my wife got her 2nd FP notice( scheduled for 11/12/03). I am planning for a early FP. We both have same RD,ND and we did 1st FP on the same date. I initiated an inquiry for both of us.

Could any you post your experience??
