Since EB1 EA 140 processing at the NSC seems to be stuck on July 1, 06 for the last couple of months per their web site, I was wondering if someone on this forum has applied after July 1, 06 and got a response/update from the NSC recently. Thanks. GG_007

What is more surprising is that for NSC, the processing date for EB1 EA 140 still shows July 1, 2006 - same as it was when the USCIS posted their last update on March 15, 2007. Could it be a mistake or they are really stuck on July 1, 2006? :confused: GG_007

According to the data posted on the USCIS site, as of April 18, 07, NSC is processing EB1-EA I-140 filed on July 01, 2006. It's surprising since it seems the processing date hasn't moved at all since their last posting on March 15, 2007. GG_007

Okay folks. I just confirmed with my attorney. It DOES count. I mean, even after your original submission, you can continue doing your usual good stuff and in case of an RFE, you can submit it. GG_007

Pana, in theory what you're saying could be true. However, in reality, a friend got his EB-1 OR approved and he had worked on papers, conferences etc. after his original submission. In my case, my firm is sponsoring all the expenses so it's not about $1K but I'm assessing the true value of PP...
