7th visit on B2 in 7 years

Dear All, my mum has a 10 year multiple entry visa since 2000. She has come to the US every year and stayed for slightly less than 6 months each time per her visa stamp. Last time, she went back to India (our home country) in Sept 06 and is planning to visit the US again in March 07. It'll be her 7th visit in as many years. Here are my questions:

1. Can she be denied entry into the US altogether since she has already visited the country 6 times? She has a clean history of departures and no extensions at all.

2. Is there anything I can do to ensure she isn't sent back from the airport (port-of-entry)? I'm going to give her my invitation letter, my employment letter (I work at a senior level for a LARGE company that came into being a century ago), paystubs, business card etc. to present to the immigration officer, if required.
