New processing dates

What is more surprising is that for NSC, the processing date for EB1 EA 140 still shows July 1, 2006 - same as it was when the USCIS posted their last update on March 15, 2007. Could it be a mistake or they are really stuck on July 1, 2006?

Interestingly... the dates posted says April 18th  Backdated...

dates

I guess one must not read too much into these dates... For e-g, for EB1B, their processing date is still stuck in Aug. 01 whereas my case with a receipt notice of Oct. 1st week got approved 10 days back... I know two more cases also got approved. Perhaps NSC is trying to keep people (once their receipt date has passed) off the phone... So called "buffer" zone... may be? Or may be they still have some cases from Aug. 01 receipt date that have not been processed yet??? All guesses...

No change in EB2-NIW processing dates either at NSC. TSC moved one month in all categories. Interesting!
