RFE detail, ND 3/2001 . Employement letter, . 2000 tax return, . 1 month of paystub, . 97, 98, 99, 2000, 2001 W-2. Same employer since starting of GC processing. Lots of stuff.... Guess I am the lucky one.

To: El Liu I don\'t understand, the company name (1999) change should happen before your co-worker filed I-140, right? If INS has question regarding company name on H-1 , why didn\'t they raise the question at that stage? I wonder what kind of logic they have in mind??!!

mumu Then your original Address must be in FL, right? What I really mean is by physically locating in a state that\'s not a VSC\'s service area gives a high chance of transfer, your own case may be a lucky one but your wife\'s not. I have seen quite a few cases before in this board.. At...

mumu My take on your transfer case is you must have changed address to Orlando, which is not VSC\'s service area anymore. At least this is one of the big possibility that they would transfer your case.
