I got a RFE on my 485:
1)empl. letter
2)2 month earning statement
3)medical supplemental form
I sent the response on Mar. 15, on the employment letter, it says" this is to confirm xxx is a permanent employee of xxx..." instead of directly stating continued interest in hiring me, is this Ok with INS? I am worried because it has been 3 weeks after INS received my response, AVM still playing the same message. Appreciate any input!
