I have B.Sc. with Mathematics and Statistics with 1 year PGD in Computer Science and another 1 year PGD in MIS. My education evaluation says its equivalent to B.Sc. computer science with some advance studies in MIS. On my I-140 (EB3), I think, my lawyer specified that the job require...
Ziri,
Apply a new I-140. I did the same mistake when I was with my previous employer. I left my previous employer 2.5 year ago but INS site still shows same status of my that I-140 "We received your case back from Admin appeal office and processing has started if any futher action, etc. etc."...
After posting my previous depressing message, I checked my status and my case has approved.
Here are my details.

I just saw new process times and for I-140 EB2 it says 26-JAN-2003. Last week it was 28-JUN-2002. Just wondering if I am the only one left with ND July 2002.
Yes, it looks like we are the only one. I don't know any other person with I-140 but I know 2 of my friends waiting for I-485 approval more than 2 years now. One of them even responded to RFE 4 months ago but after that nothing.
I got my EAD and AP in sep. 2002 and last week applied for...

Hi Ved
Did you concurrently file 485/EAD/AP? If yes, could you share your 485 ND and if you got your EAD approved? And also your RFE once you receive it? :) Just want to see what kind of RFE they issue after approving EAD
Thanks.
I am wondering if special registration has some impact on GC process. Is it possible if people with I-140 cases pending around a year or so can share if they have gone thru special registration? My details

I thought that your attorney is from your compay and obviously he would do whatever your company says once you resigned. That could be withdrawal of your application. But if that is your own attorney then you don't need to do anything, just speak with him.
The first thing you should do after changing your job or even couple of days before your resignation, inform INS that your current attorney is not your representative anymore. There is a Form for that, I forgot the Form number but you can easly find it on INS site.
Don't go to details. Just take an experience letter mentioning you have worked for 2 year from where you used to work and send it to INS.
BTW, what is yours I-140 RD and ND?
