I have applied Substitute Labor(EB2).
I-140 :
RD : 07/10
ND : 07/13
I-485?EAD
RD : 09/26
ND : 10/07
EAD
AD : 01/29/03
I-140 Ref
07/31/03

Today I have seen online status, got Ref, it is saying that we need additional information.

What are the choices are there?
 
Can be Employer related..or progressive experience...or education..or..what ever comes into the officer's head at the time of your application evaluation ..choices are infinite for BCIS to issue an RFE!! Just hold on...and good luck. :)

I got EAD, i Never used. Still I am using H1 for different company. I have applied for future emploment.
If they ask me abt employer letter , which one i have to submit?

Please keep us posted on your RFE. My case is exactly as yours even dates :)
 
The employer letter should from the company that sponsored your green card. I-140 is PURELY EMPLOYER BASED.
 
i got it, they asked us lot of things.

Regarding Company from 99 tax returns etc. and i got 2001 less amount. i worked only 9 months. it is showing less in w2 form, but in the labor was 80k. they asked how you will pay this much amount. and etc............
