I got the same letter. I think it's a standart letter. I don't know if they would make a decision by the end of 90 days. :confused:

Guess what? My interview was back in October 2005, and still nothing. 4 infopasses, 3 phone calls, 1 mailing inquiry,.... I received a letter a month ago saying that my case is still under review and if I don't get anything in 90 days to contact them again :mad:

No, that's not true. If your wife came on K-1 visa and didn't marry that guy who brought her she would not get her GC through YOU. She had to go back to her country and get another visa. No EXCEPTIONS! Sorry.

My friend has never recieved it too. You know what I did? Your receipt numbers are usually in order, so try to see which number is missing, that's how I found my friend's application, so we just check it online for now.

I was told on the interview that I should wait for a decision by mail. I went to INS 3 times. I sent a letter. I called 2 weeks ago and requested a reseach. I was given a reference number and was told to wait for an answer within 30 days. Tired and sick of waiting :mad:

In this case what should my frien's wife mak in Part 4D? Option 1? and fill out I-864A for co-sponsor or it's gonna be also I-864 since co-sponsor is not a relative?

Mila, I need an advise too. I had my interview in October, 2005 since that day, NOTHING. I went to INS 3 times and I was told not to come anymore because it was just a weist of time. I was advised to write to an officer and I was given an address. That's what I did but I received my letter back...
