didoala If you do not have the Approval for your AP in time go to the nearest Immigration Office and tell that you need to go urgent to India. This is what I did and they sent me the Approval after 2 days. Good Luck.

didoala I do not have the E-mail. I have Fax( 214-962-1454) for TSC. Keep sending letters to TSC to the address on the lower left corner on the I-140 Approval- this is what told me immigration officer from TSC.

didoala Read the Advanced Parole!!! Some are issued only for one time. If it doesn't say it then you can enter USA border as many times you want until expiration date( the date in the original document- not the Immigration Officer Stamp).
