Update 10/22 -- Welcome Email 10/23&10/24 -- LUDs and message changed to Approval sent 10/25 -- cards received. No LUDs whatsoever since the 485 receved dates from the beginning. After the received date 09/2005, next 485 LUD was on 10/22/07.

Call the center where 485 was filed. If nc is cleared they will request a fp for you. In anwser to the second question - usually the first set of fp is sent as soon as 485 is filed - it has nothing to do with NC. If the gc is not cleared within 15 months of taking the FP then they wait for NC...

use POJ You can use poj but they won't reveal spouse info. Ur spouse shld be with u when u call. Infopass - take the option which says other inquiry(something like that - not 485 issues.) best of luck

How do I get hold of an Io? I tried several times to speak to an Io but all I can reach is a custormer service rep who has no idea about the case. Can Anybody please let me know how to reach an IO? thank you

Anyone with expired fp? Just wanted to know if there are anyone with expired fp? My one and only FP was in Dec2005. I guess since I am stuck in NC I have a long way to go before getting FP.

Foia I did a FOIA request and got it after exactly 15 months. Be prepared for a long wait if you apply.

Dependent LUDs There were LUDs on dependent 485 on 2/8 and 2/9. No LUDs on primary.
