Guys and Gals,

A lot of us find ourselves in the dreaded "Name Check" black hole. Does anyone know how does "Name Check" and "Background Check" work for consular process ?

for consular processing you'd need a police clearance certificate PCC from your country's embassy or from your country's police.
you dont get stuck in the name check process like you do when you file for I-485.
