I got my I-485 approval 33 days back. And got married in February 2004. But did not include my wife on my 485.
Now I am trying to file 'follow to join' (I-824).
I spoke to a lawyer - she says there are no visa number available for EB3 :(
So even if I file I-824 (follow to join), it might...

I'm trying to get Job/H1 for her. She got MS Degree (equivalent to 4 yrs USA-BS) from india. She has only one years of experience - no one is willing to offer her a job - they say she does not qualify for H1 :(

I read somewhere that you lose US Citizenship if you apply for Citizenship of another country BUT if you already have another Citizenship and then get US Citizenship then you can keep both.
Does it mean that I can sponsor her as an immigrant and even then she can get H1? Someone told me that if embassy know that she has an immigraiton case pending, they will not give her visit or H1B visa.
Eventually I'll talk to my lawyer - as all of you know that it cost a lot to talk to them...
