I asked the same quetion on 485 forum, but here I'd like to ask it again for 140. If you have a real early PD, it is likely that NSC will process your 140 case faster? or Is it purely depending on 140 RD? the reason I asked was because that I observed some people with 2001 PD have their 140...

It seems like 140 is taking longer than 485 in NSC, and PP is suspended. Without 140 approval, you can't be protected by AC 21. This is so bad...

guys, I have a late RD of 485 of May 2007. The only reply I got so far is Code 3 FP notice due in late July. I was wondering why I got Code 3 instead of 1 or 2, does that mean I was not involved in the name check or it was cleared? Could anyone provide some insights?
