so my cases are as follow:
485/140 concurrent

my wife's case is as follow:
485

She has 485 case only because I am the primary applicant using EB based application. I just want to find out is there any chance that her 485 will be approved faster since she does not have 140 case pending.

My 140 has been pending for quite a while....

To my knowledge they don't even look at her 485 unless your 140 is cleared. What is the basis for them to clear her 485? either your 140 is cleared or 485 is cleared.
