does FP code # has anything to do with name check?

guys,
I have a late RD of 485 of May 2007.
The only reply I got so far is Code 3 FP notice due in late July.
I was wondering why I got Code 3 instead of 1 or 2, does that mean I was not involved in the name check or it was cleared?

Could anyone provide some insights?

Nope -- its not connected

Code 1: 1-0 fingers
Code 2: Biometrics
Code 3: 1 + 2 as above.

You will get Code 3 first and then Code 1 every 15 months or so (approx) till you get approved.
