I assume you used your personal email address(yahoo/hotmail/gmail etc..). Try sending the email from your work id.

I would say it would be good to add 15 days to this prediction. This is because there would be less number of filings in the month of November and December compared to rest of the year. So, it would take more time to clear a month other than Nov and Dec.. Just my thoughts.
