I sent request on October 30, 2004 and received response from FBI on March 14, 2005. Good thing in the email is "my Name check completed back in October 2003". Still I am waiting for FP notice. :D

Costco Photos worked for me I took my photos at COSTCO and sent for EAD2 and got approved. While taking the picture you MUST telll them that pic is for Immigration purpose.

I am in the same boat I am in the same boat. Though my ND is 9/03, I haven’t received FP notice yet. When I call VSC rep they are telling me that my file is waiting at officer's desk and will send for FP. When? No one knows.

Hopefully, your I-140 reopened and will approve soon. Do you see any LUD / status change on 485? If so, definitely your case will successfully reopen and will approve soon. Good luck.

My EAD2 approved on 22nd Feb per email and received card on 28th Feb.

Also, make sure to get the I-94 expiry date per new approval letter at PE. As you are working for the same comapny no problem.

I got my 2nd EAD (you can say it as renewal). However I never used my 1st EAD as I-140 not approved by that time, so went for 7th H1 which is expiring in June-05, so applied for EAD2. I sent paper copy to VSC.

I called VSC and was told that my file is waiting for FP and will send soon. They are not telling me when I am going to get FP notice.

EAD got approved today exactly after 30 calendar days. No changes on I-485.... No FP.? No answer from USCIS for my Expedite request What is going on my case? Any suggestions from any gurus?
