Hi Fellow September '03 Filers,

This thread should be more convenient to share updates for September filers. My latest update is that I went for my finger-printing yesterday March 1.

I had LUD and a status change saying that the finger prints have been received by USCIS. I don't know the status of my name check.

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On March 7, 2005, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

Still hanging on...

Don't know what's happening .... RD - 09/26/03... 2nd inquiry in April '05 has resulted in "shortage of manpower....security clearance " shit... Had sent a mail to FBI for name check on 12/16/04.. no reponse yet...:(
 
Finally some action - but only RFE

After finally having got approval on I-140 in May, Got an RFE on 485. Don't know yet what it is about. Wondering what kind of RFE are requested for I-485. I thought most REFs are I-140 related..
