We have applied for my wife’s EAD2 in October 2004 and got denied in December 2004 as her I-485 not reopened by that time (I485 got denied as I-140 denied, and then with MTR, 140 approved and primary I-485 reopened in Oct 2004 but not dependent's 485).
Last month my wife’s I-485 got reopened.
We forget about the EAD2 as my wife is not working.
Without any appeal or request, USCIS reopened her EAD2 and approved today. We received emails regarding reopen and approval of same.
However, I haven’t received my FP1 yet even after 18 months. I sent 3 expedite requests and made 3 phone calls (one per every 30 days) to requesting for FP. USCIS is not responding on FP.
For my last month’s phone call I received a letter from USCIS saying “Case status: your case appears to be finger printing rescheduled”. No date and nothing other than that.
What can I do to get my FP notice?
