Thanks Serta & Sept03NIW and others who clarified on this issue. So, I'm not worried about getting an RFE (if at all) for 485 while in India. Good Luck to you all.
Thanks max. The reason I mentioned EAD is because she has to come back and switch to 485 EAD. Of course it has nothing to do with re-entry. Thats good to know. But if I get 485 RFE, she cant work right? till case is reopened?
Thanks.
My wife is working on F1 EAD and we are going to India for 3 weeks. When coming back, my wife will have to come back on 485 EAD and AP. If in case my 485 has a query while on vacation, she can't enter using AP, EAD right? Can she come back on her F1 EAD? (She came here on H4 in 02 and changed to...
Still no eb2 approvals?
I was hoping after an extended independence day week end for NSC farmers, we would see many eb2 485 approvals.. but none so far! WAKE UP NSC..
I still have mine that way. Per USCIS cs, the database sometimes might not update the message. he said everying looks fine when I called USCIS about it sometime in Jan 05. I also got reply from fbi that my name check was completed in a few days of my FP. So, IMO it is nothing to worry about..

Thanks to hmd and United Nations, I was able to locate the prevailing wage for VA. My original labor was for MO. I've uploaded a Word Doc to help others. If there are any erros, please PM me with the corrections and I will be able to make the changes. ;)
I heard 2 other people on this forum mention that when they called USCIS to inquire they were told they dont have visa numbers for EB2. I dont know if USCIS mistook their case for EB3?

hi,
my labor was approved for MO and I'm in 485 stage. How do I translate it to an equiv salary in another state so that I can get a letter from new employer stating that salary? New employer will pay equiv salary and the rest as per-diem. Any input is appreciated.
