I am delighted to share my experience. My case is approved after I replied to RFE(Employment Letter) in 3days after the response is received by INS.

Do you also mind telling us your category (EB2/3 etc) and if you are from a retrogression affected country ? (China, India ...)

Congradulations. I think that your dates must be 2005 and not 2004 as you stated. good luck.

What is your PD and which category EB2/EB3???

Mine is EB2 category. I think my PD is 2001. Since my attorney said I am not affected by PD.
Sorry the corrected date is 2005.
