    Bottomline: Your 485 denied because 140 was revoked/cancelled. What can you do? Push your employer/lawyer to enquire why/what for was the 140 cancelled and ask them to file for reinstatement of 140. Only your employer or their lawyer can do that.

    If employer did not ask I-140 to be cancelled, then ask your employer to raise hell for cancelling an approved 140. I hope that you employers are not black listed...

    Could be that the reason for 485 denial is cancellation of 140 (at your employer's request, I would think). Find out, why your 140 was cancelled...you will have to ask your employer most likely.

    Possible that EB2 India visa #s are finished for this month...No EB2 - india approval reported on 8/25/8 (trackitt website).

    Adding this thread to track those of us who are forgotten by TSC simply because our RD's are before 2006. Mine pending EB2-India RD(@ VSC) 3/2006, Xfered to TSC on3/2007 Pd:12/2001. All checks cleared as per Congressman's office (7/30/8)

    Yesterday, got a response from the congressman's office: all is current with my application and the application will be forwarded to USCIS "EXAMS" area. Today, I see an LUD. Keeping my fingers crossed...wait...they have been crossed for a loooong time now.

    Tracker for Nebraska shows approx 130 EB2 I485 approvals for July. For Texas...only about 25 approvals so far. We are just soooo lucky that our applications are at Texas...
