FP code 3 will expire on 8/7/2008 per TSC phone call. Requested for scheduling FP. Do not know what will happen. Initially was told that when the file is assigned to officer they will schedule FP. Afraid of missing the train.

Wow these are exctly same LUD's for the same event (address change). I got email abour SR raised in June 15, looks like they are processing together now.

EB2 (NIW)-India (CSC-TSC transfer, pending at TSC now)
No LUDs since Sept. 2007.
No RFEs on I-140 or I-485. (I-140 Approved in July 2006).
No idea about NC.

Not 400, but 1409 cases pending for EB2 -I at all USCIS service centers as per trackitt.

Yep, may be 5% to 10% of actual number.
So these EB2 1409 pending (India) is just a sample . Because all of the pending cases are not likely registered on trackitt.
