EB2 Current in Aug pls gather here.

Yesterday, got a response from the congressman's office: all is current with my application and the application will be forwarded to USCIS "EXAMS" area.

Today, I see an LUD.

Keeping my fingers crossed...wait...they have been crossed for a loooong time now.

Thanks for your response. But which category do I click on- there are 4 categories and none apply to name check? Would apprecite your respone!

You select option 4: "You need information or other services" and then when you visit IO, ask him for Name Check completition.
 
Trying to know case-status on phone

Tried POJ method [call 1.800.375.5283, option 1->2->2->6->1->your-case-no->1->1->3->4], didn't work :-(. Texas representative told me that they stopped getting case status like this.

But she suggested to call 1.800.375.5283, 1-2-2-6-2-4. I did that, the representative told the same what USCIS case-status website shows for my status, but she did open a service-request, which probably will be responded in 45 days :-(
 
Exact same thing happened to me. This time there was no long On hold music after connecting to TSC. after some 7/8 rings one lady picked up phone and told they cannot tell the status and asked to call same number again with 1 2 2 6 2 4 options. That lady btw told that recent update on 07/18 was about receiving biometric:confused: Last time I did FP was in May 07. No more info.
Please post if you get any new LUDs or any info from TSC IOs.

can somebody tell what is LUD. how to check if my name checking is still pending or it is approved.
also what is the perception that my 485 will be approved.

My details are as below.

1st and only fp- 7/25/2008
 
ok. thank you jaamra. my LUD is 7/25/2008 i.e the date when i was done my FP. does anybody know if name check haoppens after FP or before that. or namecheck has nothing to do with FP.

Address Change

I am also in a same situation as you. I have updated my address online in May 2008. I never saw any LUD and neither received any notification from USCIS. I called the customer service this morning to check the status of my addess change. Based on the given confirmation number I have gine, I was told the request has been completed. Unfortunately Customer Service agent does not have privilege to see my address to confirm the current address on my application. So she adviced me to do it again online.

My PD too is current today
