LUDs on I485

Hi Guys,

I have been seeing some lud's on my I485 and my case is with an officer from past 2 months.Do you think IO's are working on my Case?


India,EB3,PD:Feb 2001
I140 AD :Oct 2005
I485 RD :May 2006
I485 Name check:pending as off 04/05/2008
I485 luds :05/08/2008,05/09/2008,05/19/2008
I485 AD?????
 
Yes, this might mean something positive for you very soon but I'd say don't bring out the champagne bottle yet.
We all know the pace at which the USCIS works.
Be patient and your turn will come.
 
I have got luds in my pending EAD2 and AP2 yesterday and today. But I am really looking for my I485 to be approved as I have very old PD and it falls almost outside the processing date. As per IO my case was in the processing queue.
 
Finally I just see lud on my I485 today. I have got luds on both pending AP and EAD yestrday and day before. I hoping this is good sign. My EB3 PD is current and it was with officer since last two weeks as per IO.
 
Already Preadjucated and its under review?

I have a question,

today IO told me that your case is already preadjucated and under review what does it mean, could anyone please let me know.

My PD is current as per May and June Visa bulletin.

Which IO TSC or NSC. TSC IO does not give any status over the phone now a days.
