EB2 Current in Aug pls gather here.

My younger son is pending (Me, spouse, and elder son approved in July 07)

PD July 2005
I 485 RD Sept 2005
 
One EB2-NIW from India -TSC (I know of) filed concurrent on 09/30/2005 and was approved in July 07.

Are there going to be enough visa to cover September 2005 EB2-PD. Any guesses ?
 
I dont know how many EB2 cases still left from 2003 and 2004.

But 2005 EB2 India Cases are very less. may be 500 Eb2 India cases out of total 1350 EB India cases.
and some of lucky 2005 EB2 India cases are already approved last year.

So my friend do not worry, There are many visas available.

Just need some luck too.

There are 2 lakhs of Eb2 pending for the period last approved to june 2006. Do u guys think they approve all the cases in august?

when can we see LUDs after address change.I changed the address online on 7/21...no LUDs yet.Do i need to call customer service to update the address?
 
You can call and check with the customer service. Usally when you call them they will ask for your address for verification purpose ..... that way you can get the confirmation whether they have your current address on their file or not.
If you not can request them to update with your new.

It takes time to update. I updated mine online on 06/13 & got email on 07/17.
Give it some time.

My case is among the oldest. Very frustrating. Can anyone tell me if I should try to file another I-485 using NIW? If yes, how can I use the first case's PD?

Case 1: EB2

PD: 4/13/2004
LC AP: 04/19/2007
I-485/I-140 concurrent filing: 05/30/2007
I-140 AP: 06/05/2007 (premium processing)
FP: 06/26/2007
I-485: still pending. Service request filed: 06/20/2008

Case 2: NIW

PD: 8/02/2006
AP: 12/26/07

Your both cases (I 140) are EB2. NIW is also EB2, so no difference. Is your any I 140 approved. Usually AD is used for approval date. AP for advance payrole.
 
abhuda, thank you. Yes, both I-140s are approved. Sorry I should spell "AP" as "AD".

So it seems there is nothing I can do except waiting.
 
Tracker for Nebraska shows approx 130 EB2 I485 approvals for July.
For Texas...only about 25 approvals so far.

We are just soooo lucky that our applications are at Texas...
 
Contacted local Congressman's office. They got a resp from USCIS saying that all is current with my application and the application will be forwarded to "EXAMS" area. Whatever that means...
 
Called the customer service via POJ.

Officer was a nice lady and said, every thing on the case is fine, and the case is waiting to be assigned to an officer.

The congressman's office is asked to contact USCIS on August 01,when the PD becomes current, for more definitive answer.

So sick of this wait.. Want to file a law suit but thinking about it for it's validity.
