    No Title I think what VSC_GC\'s concluded makes partial sense (atleast to me). You (marul) mentioned that you applied for your EAD,AP renewal at the end of Sep, and subsequently, your case was assigned to an officer by mid october. Its very likely that your renewal process may have triggered...

    VSC_GC, I think this may not be 100% correct. Lots of people do not get paystub RFE at all. If it was immaterial to INS at the time of filing (Paystubs), then everyone should be getting a RFE for paystub, isn\'t it? It may also depend on the time they take in adjudicating an application.

    No Title right!!! and he will be able to talk to an IIO at 9PM EST - get a life. One can only reach an IIO between 8AM-6PM EST, if one persevere. Before and after this window is only AVM.

    No Title dude, don\'t complicate it. Take your receipts (485 and EAD) from 6 months ago (or whenever you received them) to local INS office, and based on that they may issue you EAD card.

    RD is the date when the file was received in the INS mailroom. Is ND the date when some officer first starts to work on the file?

    What is signature card? Well obviously I did not submit it. It has been mentioned on this forum that one gets signature card at INS office only depending upon the nature of request.
