calling NVC help please

Just found that my 1-140 was approved for CP . AOS RD/ ND FEB 2001. I called the number for the automated system at NVC to check if they have my 140 papers, but did not see any option to speak to a live representative.How do i get through to a Representative at NVC . Thanks in advance for your help

Call again on normal weekdays

On normal weekdays there are many operaters on duty

CP is Consular Processing; AOS is Adjustment of Status

the answer to your question:

When it asks for your case number at the end, enter some wrong number. Then it connects you to a representative. I learned it from that board and it worked. Good luck...
