What is the Phone number to talk to IIO at VSC?

Guys,
  I am trying to call INS yesterday and i am getting busy sound always. Even today morning at 8 am i am getting busy sound. I dialed the number which is on I-485 receipt, ie, 802-527-4913. Is this the right number OR any other number is available to talk to IIO at VSC.

right!!! and he will be able to talk to an IIO at 9PM EST - get a life. One can only reach an IIO between 8AM-6PM EST, if one persevere. Before and after this window is only AVM.
