Sure YOu can call the same NSC number, you used to call for I485 status. The IIO should be able to give you info on your card. Someone posted that the card manufacturing facility on Kentucky is malfunctioning, and therefore, there is a huge backlog of cards. Good Luck ! soin

Send G731 form to INS I have of people getting their cards after sending a reminder via G731. It is available to download on the INS website. In my case, we have sent the G731C 3 times so far in the last 6 months, but no response from INS. soin
