How long do I have to wait?

Hey buddies:
I got my pp stamped 10 months ago. All my freinds got stamped after me have received their pc. I checked my atm message, it still same. I have a feeling that I have to wait untill I am qualified for apply for US citizen. What I lost? Any seggestions?:confused:
 
Send G731 form to INS

I have of people getting their cards after sending a reminder via G731. It is available to download on the INS website.

In my case, we have sent the G731C 3 times so far in the last 6 months, but no response from INS.
