When I got pictures taken for EAD renewal last week at walgreens I was also told that INS does not want glasses and earrings on the pix now. I didn't make a big deal out of it. I took off my glasses and my wife took off the earrings. I am surprised that my attorney didn't tell me that. They...

Don't believe INS was working... but I guess the contractors or data entry operators were working on that day. Once they enter the data in the system, approval notices are generated and the AVM is updated. So, maybe no new cases were approved yesterady but atleast new cases "popped" up on...

Question for mkbalusa Did you ever talk to the IIO in the past 2-3 months as you didn't get any RFE but still the approval took over 14 months?
