RD:08/16 - Talked to IIO Thursday 08/29

Talked to an old lady IIO this morning.
Quite brief conversation.
She said my case has been assigned to an officer, I should expect an answer within a few weeks.

She also mentioned that current processing date is up to 09/01/2001.

About my RD vs ND, she got that right, she correctly pointed out that my RD is in August.

Also she said I should hear something before my EAD expires.

Good Luck! Looks like you are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I might see the light next month:(
 
INS Sucks

I just called IIO too for RD 8/17. She said that my case is still pending (not with an officer), because they are processing Sep 01 cases and my RD is 10/18 (which is actually my ND). She said that I have to wait for 6 to 8 weeks.
Whenever I had called INS previously they always said that my RD is 8/17, but today they said it is 10/18.
This does not make sense!!!
 
same with me

In my case also they interpreted in terms of Notice date. My Rd is 09/14. They told my RD as 11/13 which is ND. Different IIos with different views.
