Is a new I-9 required when using EAD?

Guys,

My H1-B expired on 8/1/02 and I switched to EAD. I would appreciate if people who are on EAD can answer my following questions:


1. Does my employer need to fill out a new I-9 form?

2. Do I need to sign it?
