No Title Kumar, Go to ur employer and change your I9 to use the EAD. Come back with AP. There will be absolutely no problem this way. I have done this myself, and it is easy. Basically, go change your I9.

No Title Not sure. FP notice is based on location. Maybe, Approval notice is also "partially" based on location, due to Agency checks etc. But, initially I used to think it is independent of location. Now I am not sure.

No Title thats a good question by venkat97. i have heard from lawyer websites, and from this board that it is RD. But I am not sure of the AC21 law mentioning clearly as RD. Does anyone have info on this?
