One of my friend is planning to use AC21 and change his job.
Does 180 days starts from RD or ND?

Well, 1.Has any one used AC21 to change jobs ( I hope there are lot of people on this board.. )? 2. Where I can find INS explanation for AC21 which points to RD as a date to consider for 180 days?

thats a good question by venkat97. i have heard from lawyer websites, and from this board that it is RD. But I am not sure of the AC21 law mentioning clearly as RD. Does anyone have info on this?
