    No Title Ask those people who have been waiting with Aug 99 ND\'s.No calculations work with INS.But in normal phase shud be 6 months.but God only knows,what all new reasons they will come up with.

    No Title I read somewhere the officer with your case has to make a decision within 30 days.There are some cases that took just one week for approval..So all that is left is pray..and hope.Good Wishes

    No Title Hey cool_bandha.I really think its blessing in disguise.The moment INS recieves your reply,they usually approve it the next day as seen from the many messages.(Atleast they are working on them).I think compared to people who got transferred,this is better.Good wishes.

    No Title I am a she :-) And regarding my lawyer,looks like they were correct than the IIO.They were informed by IIO mine was approved on 25th. AVM got updated lately and as you said,I think My letter will have AVM\'s date only.
